This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
So this is my first attempt at digital photography. Its not my first choice of medium, the pictures really are just a way for me to share the metalwork with this community. That being said learning how to better share said items through better pictures is always a plus. I'm currently working with a borrowed Cannon EOS Digital Reble as well as the full suite of Adobe Photoshop. I'm no where near proficent with either of these tools but if people are willing to offer tips or resources as to better use for them I'm all for heeding them.
Now that the caveats are out of the way, the pieces pictured in this first batch are the results of a new interest in jewelry in part sparked by DCDamio. The materials used are all stainless steel, many of which will hopefully be on display and for sale at a local gallery fairly soon. If that falls through well I can always shamelessly plug an etsy account later. I was trying for a much more masculine feel for these pieces, heavier gage wires with a more solid and weighty feel to them. Almost punk but the single strand bracelets can still be light enough to wear with a more formal outfit.
Different places to go from here will probably include dragging out some armor pieces, though getting a model and finding proper backdrops could end up being a challenge.
